Online

Seminars

Free attendance to 4 State Branch Seminars per year. A seminar, typically includes 2-3 key note addresses or case study presentations, a panel for audience questions, presentation from the sponsor, door prizes and some quality networking and complimentary drinks to finish the evening. Seminar topics vary state by state and are decided in response to feedback forms from members.

Special Interest Groups (SIG)

The opportunity to meet informally with other ITSM professionals in a similar role to you. Members are welcome and encouraged to begin a group relevant to their needs and receive all the appropriate support needed from itSMFA. For details on the SIGs currently running see our events page.

Conference Discounts

itSMFA co-ordinate the premiere event in the ITSM calendar annually, bringing together the best speakers Australia wide and internationally. The 3 day event includes 5 keynotes, 1-2 plenary presentations, a choice of 42 breakout sessions and 40+ exhibitors along with a motivational breakfast speakers, a gala dinner and 2 lots of networking drinks and social activities. Information about this years program is now available.

Communications

• 4ward Thinking - we keep members regularly updated via our free update email 4ward Thinking. 4ward Thinking is sent whenever there are 4 new pieces of news that we know will be of interest to ITSM professionals. Nothing to say no bulletin, your time is precious. Then when there is a lot happening we send them more frequently.
• Other official announcements affecting members are also sent as required by our governing rules.
• Members also receive a quarterly Bulletin. A broadsheet publication with many great case studies and announcements, which can be read anytime and shared with all your team.

Opportunities to contribute to best practice work and task forces.
