Seminars

Free attendance to four State Branch Seminars per year.  A seminar typically includes two keynote addresses or case study presentations, a panel for audience questions, sponsor presentation, door prizes, quality networking and complimentary drinks and nibbles to finish. Seminar topics and times vary state to state and are decided in response to feedback forms from members.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

This is an opportunity to meet informally with ITSM professionals in similar industries or roles to discuss challenges, opportunities and solutions.  Members are welcome and encouraged to begin a group relevant to meet their needs and receive appropriate support from itSMFA.  For details on SIGs currently running see our events page.

Conference Discounts

The 15th itSMFA National Conference will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibiton Centre during the week of 20 August 2012.  This annual premiere event on the ITSM calendar brings together the best speakers Australia wide and internationally and features keynotes, workshops, a choice of breakout sessions, industry networking opportunities, and exhibitors along with a motivational breakfast speaker, social networking activities and a spectacular gala awards dinner.  Conference information will be available soon.  For sponsorship opportunities please contact barbara.hines@itsmf.org.au.
