Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing to registrations@catalystevents.com.au prior to 31 July 2012 will receive a refund of the registration fee, less 30% cancellation fee.
Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 31 July 2012.
Substitution Policy:
Delegates may be substituted at any time up to 17 August 2011. Please advise of substitution in writing to registrations@catalystevents.com.au.

Information is collected by itSMF Australia and our registration co-ordinator, Catalyst Events is only used or provided to our contractors for the purposes of managing the LEADit conference and associated events and marketing.
