Hans Schiphof will be Director of IT and Business Advisory, which now provides you access to a full portfolio of business and technology services. One of the largest Practices in Hans' portfolio is ITSM, with Natalie Drane being appointed as ITSM Practice Lead. This continues our dedication to ITSM excellence through our industry leading advice and proven intellectual property. Dave Favelle will be leading our Emerging Technology and Innovation Practice, with a current focus on Cloud and ITSM. We've got more on offer than ever before.
