Welcome to the 2008 itSMF Industry Awards

Submissions have now closed for the IT Service Management Forum Australia Annual Industry Awards…

itSMF Australia has developed an industry awards program, as an opportunity to showcase IT Service Management best practices and standards to the IT industry and businesses that are heavily reliant on IT in the management and/or delivery of services to their customers.

The IT Service Management Awards are awarded annually, and are recognised as genuine industry-wide awards for outstanding achievement in the field of service management. Nominations for the awards are accepted from the industry as whole, and are not restricted to or reliant upon membership of the itSMF. The award criteria for each category are clearly defined, as is the judging of each category. The nominations will be assessed by a totally impartial panel of judges, drawn from experienced itSMF Members.
