The Service Catalogue – a practical approach

The Service Catalogue can provide the ability to contain critical information in a central repository accessible by both the Business and the IT department. Should we be asking how much an ITSM Toolset will influence the design of a Service Catalogue?

In this presentation Glenn takes a look at the different aspects of the ITIL Service Catalogue with a practical approach to its implementation.

Glenn brings together over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and his detailed knowledge of Service Management to offer industry and government high level consultancy, and Project Management, including the implementation of Service Management solutions. 

Glenn has been delivering ITSM tool implementations including Service Catalogue solutions to a wide range of businesses.

He has completed his ITIL Training in 2008 and has attained his ITIL V3 Expert Certification.
