TAFE SA Net Promoter

TAFE SA ICT Department had a need to truly understand what our customers
thought and how ICT could improve.  After a lengthy discussion TAFE SA deployed a
Net Promoter Score survey in March of 2016. It was to be an activity that would be
undertaken every 6 months.  It was critical that it was an ongoing activity and even more
critical that the responses were reviewed and responded to in a timely manner and
improvements were made based on the feedback. 

TAFE SA have just completed their second NPS survey in October 2016.  
During this session Amanda Hore from TAFE SA will share with you how they went
about deploying NPS, the processes around the managing the responses and
improvements, the technology they used, and the lessons they learnt in time for the
second survey.

Amanda Hore is an ITIL Expert with over 15 years’ experience in Service Management. 
She has worked for TAFE SA for nearly 3 years and is responsible for
leading the ITIL Service Management team and managing the toolset
TAFE SA use for Service Management.
