Employing ITSM to gain Cyber Resilience
Prevent – Detect - Correct

Cyber Resilience is the ability to resist, respond and recover in the event of cyber-based attacks.

It’s no longer practical and realistic for our cyber security to prevent 100% of attacks.  Organisations need to expect and anticipate cyber breaches and plan how to minimize operational, financial and reputational impact.

This session will demonstrate how an organisation’s existing ITSM processes and standards can be used to achieve genuine Cyber Resilience.

Presenter:  Scott Tunn
