General Manager, Geoff Rowe

Geoff manages the National Office responding to the needs of our Board, State Chairs, Vendors and Corporates.  His key responsibilities include business development, strategic partner relationships, financial management and staff management. 

Geoff joined itSMF Australia in early 2006 as Business Operations Manager. In mid 2007, as the structure of the organisation changed, he became our General Manager, with responsibilities focused more on Business Operations & Development and Business Relationships. Geoff's philosophy is particularly relevant in this role, encompassing 'solutions not problems' and seizing opportunities to give ideas a go. Throughout his entire career, Geoff has successfully worked on 'change processes', analysing operations, recommending and implementing changes. His background includes extensive experience in the corporate, local government and public spheres, primarily involved with health, sporting and community organisations.

Events and Membership Manager, Kelly McLeod

Kelly is responsible for the management of all Events and Membership Services. She oversees the management of State Seminars, Special Interest Groups and organises all details relevant to the Annual National Conference and other exciting new events to be announced soon.

Kelly's career to date has been within the insurance industry, which has equipped her with great experience in accurately managing highly detailed information. She is also experienced in coordinating events from concept to completion, as well as generating and producing advertising material, both in print and on the web.

Administration and Finance Officer, Angelina Zylstra

Angelina keeps the office running and is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable, office management and liaison with suppliers.

Angelina has an extensive background in office administration and accounts management, including all the intricacies of payroll and its attendant functions. She is adept at coping with the inevitable flow of paperwork that is involved in running an organisation such as ours, and provides efficient administrative support wherever it is needed.

Membership Services Officer, Bree Bonora

Bree is our newest team member and is responsible for the administration of the membership including taking enquiries from members, all seminar preparation, publications sales and assisting with event management.
