AUTOMATED REGISTRATION
itSMFA's 2008 national conference, 'Going Up a Gear', will see the first year of automated registration and event management.
As a delegate, you will receive a barcode via email that you can print and bring with you.
All tickets and a personalised program will be printed on the spot for you at the National Convention Centre in Canberra. Your ticket will contain a barcode, and that ticket will be scanned as you enter each talk or social event.
Additional tickets for your partner to attend the social events and conference sessions open to all delegates can be purchased at the conference.
Attendees who have not paid prior to the conference will be charged a late registration fee at the venue prior to entering the event.
Entry to all events will be reliant on payments being finalised.

Registration Fees
All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Single Day Registration
Single day registration will be available again this year, but please note that the single day registration fee does not include admission to social functions.

Special Needs
We will make every effort to make sure your participation at the conference is an enjoyable, pleasant and comfortable experience.
Should you have any special needs (e.g. dietary needs) or require any specific assistance (e.g. disability assistance), please make sure you include the details in your registration.
Payment Policy
It is a condition of registering for the itSMF Australia 2008 Conference “Going Up a Gear” that all payments are settled prior to attendance at the conference.
In the event that payment has not been received by the commencement of the conference, payment will be required at the Service and Registration Desk to enable the delegate to attend conference sessions and social events.
Registration Fees and Closing Dates All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Tax Invoice and Registration Confirmation
A tax invoice and registration confirmation will be issued for all completed registrations by InfoSalons on behalf of itSMFA.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing to our registration partner InfoSalons by either:

A cancellation fee of $150 will apply to cancellations received prior to 27 July 2008. No cancellations will be accepted after 27 July 2008.
Transfer of Registration
Whilst cancellations will not be accepted after 27 July 2008, the registration may be transferred provided itSMF is advised in writing. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, itSMF Australia accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred.
General Information
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended when registering for the conference that delegates make their own arrangements for appropriate travel and health insurance. itSMF Australia will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any delegate failing to insure.

Name Badges and Tickets
All delegates will receive name badges and tickets upon registration. This badge is your official pass and must be worn during the conference. The tickets issued with the name badge will have barcodes to enable you to enter all events covered in your registration fees.
