Insurance

Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended when registering for the conference that delegates make their own arrangements for appropriate travel and health insurance. itSMF Australia will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any delegate failing to insure.

Service and Registration Desk

The service and registration desk at the National Convention Centre Canberra will be open during the following hours:

Tuesday 26 August 8.30 am – 10.00am
for registrants of the ISO/IEC 20000 workshop
Wednesday 27 August 7.00 am – 5.30 pm
Thursday 28 August 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Friday 29 August 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

Name Badges and Tickets

All delegates will receive name badges and tickets upon registration. This badge is your official pass and must be worn during the conference. The tickets issued with the name badge will have barcodes to enable you to enter all events covered in your registration fees.
