Following the outstanding success of the itSMFA Conference in 2008 - Going up a Gear, itSMFA is pleased to announce the itSMFA ‘Power On’ Conference 2009.

In 2008 we had over 600 delegates join us at the National Convention Centre, Canberra for three days of ITSM workshops and presentations. The itSMFA ‘Power On’ Conference 2009 is already shaping up to be bigger and better, so be sure to register early.
